An Overview

So New Jersey, one of the most diverse places in the world. A part of it looks like New York City, and apart of it looks like the country. The real estate in New Jersey compared to other states is highly expensive because it is near New York City and NYC is home to the corporate world. There is nothing like New Jersey if in the right area, as it doesn’t come with the outside noise of New York City. Also, New Jersey culture is interesting. To be honest it is one of the toughest places to live mentally as they call it [Dirty Jersey]. New Jersey is called the garden state in the mainstream, but when diving deep into New Jersey one sees how nasty it is. This stems from New Jersey and all the things they have to deal with to provide for their bills.

Gentrification of New Jersey

Netflix is something that’s going to be huge in New Jersey. The idea is to build a content studio that will provide jobs for many people in New Jersey. Also the gentrification of the mall is something that has helped the world progress. American Dream Mall is one of the most expensive malls and recently was developed which helps build out the fantasy of a Theme Park. The mall does include a ski place and almost every top-tier Fortune 500 corporation. Furthermore, one of the best theme parks Six Flags is in New Jersey, with the famous ride Kingda Ka, the tallest roller coaster of all time and the fastest. It has closed down but is one of the most fun roller coasters but expect New Jersey to have it back and refurbished as many are highly upset that it closed down. Many think that Kingda Ka might correlate to COVID-19 as it changes air space dynamics so a big reason why it’s been closed for now.

The Culture of New Jersey

Similar to New York City people are always speaking fast and speaking loud dependent on what part one is from New Jersey. The thing that is unique about New Jersey and New York is how much balance it has and how one can go 20 minutes away and the culture is totally different. 15 minutes to the right you see more of Spanish Culture in New Brunswick 15 minutes to the left you see Princeton University, the best college in the world. Rutgers is there in New Brunswick as well though a great university. The surroundings are so interesting it’s really who you surround yourself with in New Jersey. It’s important to stay near areas that are safe but the thing about New Jersey is the cultures are different in each area. Side note something important to know one should always think to unify the culture and also always watch how you dress. If one dresses like Hip-Hop they get categorized in Hip-Hop, and many feel in corporate it’s too much of a risk. It’s important to stay corporate balanced otherwise one must be ready to be used because all cultures religions and races are being used for bigger purposes.

Fun Facts About New Jersey

Indian Fields Elementary School is one of the most rare spots in the world. In fact, Native Americans did originate their land on this territory. If one does their research they were the first to originate on this land. This is something that is documented in history. The first people to ever live in New Jersey. The Leni Lenape land. There is a lot of history there that is really expensive. Back to Princeton University, if one looks at the history of things, Princeton did exist before the USA so this heritage is really expensive, hence why the number one school in the world is Princeton University. Many think that colonization was a bad thing but due to the lack of Native Americans not wanting to adjust their culture, they got misused and mistreated. If one takes a look at the style of USA/NJ, the way it’s built is to be demanding and to be annoying. Accommodate to the 21st century needs but keep your culture sharp meaning whatever you love and have experienced sharp. The state is known for loving those who build things and who aren’t lazy and help them grow rather than deteriorate them. The more you produce and our outgoing and helping people the more chances of great things happening and legacies being built. If one sits back with all the people in the world as New Jersey is jam-packed it’s really important to build yourself and help people as much as possible.

So to sum up New Jersey is one of the most interesting places in the world. To the start of Native Americans, to the growth of the state in corporate, it’s a must one visits New Jersey as this will be the future of our world.New Jersey is one of the most rare places in the world. Don’t forget Princeton University is in New Jersey and it’s the number one college in the world. All of these things in New Jersey are the reason why the state is highly recognized. Also as stated before the perspective of life is crazy because if one is in New Brunswick and/or Newark, part of New Jersey can be dark. The other part can be bright, so it’s important to keep on the good side of things as these days the balance doesn’t exist and many are on the bad side without knowing. We must keep our attention on the books and education as that’s what’s going to be better for our future. Of course here and there one must have fun and stay stable but not every day. The main focus every day has to be building things in New Jersey and helping the state even more. One of the richest places ever to live and Zub8eti does reccomend living in New Jersey.
