Growth
So growth. How does one attain growth in life? Is it by networking? Is it by luck? Is it by throwing people under the bus? No. The answer to growth is pushing your boundaries. If you push your boundaries then one can grow and achieve a lot more than you think. One must continue to break their head, their mindset, what they learned and continue to progress otherwise they stay stagnant and there is no growth in life. In life it’s really important to keep the mind going, keep the mind in the right direction, and keep things going the right way.
The Tough Part About Growth
When one is growing, there’s no such thing as slowing down unless one can get the access to capital because if one can do that then from there the money can grow you instead of one working hard, but remember people naturally don’t always get that access so they don’t like the fact that they have to work while someone else is making a profit off them. It’s important to stay humble and care about the arts and crafts because if one doesn’t think that way then expect people to attack as people who cater to the souls are more religious driven and spiritual driven. These days though it’s tough because so many people are making arts and crafts and storing their own data and going away from the culture to make a profit.
So What is the Fix Here?
So the fix here is really simple. To give people more access but the issue is who is going to bring things together. With things together, great things happen because there’s more unification in the community and less violence from the 70-80’s. More of our future is in suits and ties rather than other things. Now the issue becomes what if people don’t want to conform to that culture, well then one can pay them to create their own art from a distance, but that’s where the school systems and government systems aren’t happy because when there’s an Ivy kid who is producing left and right and being treated less, which there are many of them what happens is they start mentally coming after the culture as they wish they were them as it looks fun. So will there ever be a middle ground? Probably not because the Ivy kid at heart wants to have fun and doesn’t want a hard time. Now most likely the Ivy kid has gone on YouTube or a social media platform and has seen so much content that might not be the best fit for him/her, but the thing is, this is what is being developed in our face. One can adjust and think how to profit and have that serious advantage over the culture due to the fact they are more noble and more sharp. Top top tier sees number one and recruits from there as they are already groomed. So let’s say one doesn’t have access to top tier Ivy, then one must adjust to circumstances and see what they can do around Ivy and develop their own culture and their own thoughts.
Culture
What does the culture come with? A lot of emotions. A lot of things happening left and right and a lot of emotional damage between people for years. So obviously this is something that hurts education because the more educated one wants to be the more emotion they have to throw away. From an Ivy perspective, music is a tool for emotional healing for the brain and a resource to use. To the community, it’s more of entertainment and more emotionally happy fun in the community between people. More of a party rather than emotional healing for the brain.
How to Scale
So take a look at all the things one does in a day. Then from there separate all these tasks. Each task has a value to it. Looking from the outside in, people might cry about the tasks being accomplished alone as if proficient in these tasks then people can be hired out. So now let’s say one wants to hire for these tasks, what’s the thing they need most likely? Access to capital, money for their families, equity, etc… Now what happens when there’s so many companies with access to capital? Let’s say these companies fail and don’t even IPO, then what happens. Does a VC still see their return from one successful company? So now the issue becomes when it comes to scale how is someone going to get their money back? What does the investor get in return? So when raising capital one must be ready for the journey to IPO or create a venture fund to start scaling their own companies. In the USA we see many people who are sitting here sad and stuck, it’s important to uplift them with at least employment wealth rather than leave them in the street so they can improve their lives rather than hurt their lives. Look at the conglomerate, look at the things being accomplished, split the tasks into jobs, and then pay the people to make one person's life easier and build a conglomerate. Since there’s so much competition and no one wants cultural things in their face that can cause violence and emotional damage, it’s important to stay away and let the money work there rather than dive deep because most likely one person in the culture hates someone else.
Our Future
What one will see is people as commodities or companies. In this day and age if one isn’t a company, they get regarded as not educated unless they are in a different field. Unless they’re in real estate or something where one doesn’t have to sell themselves. This is a better way of thinking but this does take the soul away as we all become one and share the wealth. Also remember if not branded properly then from there many companies can lose money right away as the person who is paying rent can take peoples souls and they can build on the internet and make a conglomerate that has a net value.
